1. Purpose
Furnix UG must remain safe and usable for furniture buyers, vendors, staff and payment/delivery partners. You may not use the platform in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not submit fraudulent orders or payment references; impersonate another person or business; attempt unauthorised access; probe or interfere with site security; upload malicious code; scrape the platform abusively; harass customers, vendors or staff; misuse customer data; or publish unlawful, counterfeit or misleading listings.
3. Marketplace abuse
Vendors and customers must not manipulate reviews, fabricate stock, misrepresent materials or dimensions, redirect users to unauthorised payment channels, or use Furnix UG solely to obtain another party's contact information and bypass agreed marketplace obligations.
4. Enforcement
Furnix UG may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, cancel affected transactions or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary. Action should be proportionate to the risk and applicable law.
