1. Vendor relationship
Furnix UG allows approved furniture makers, stores, workshops and home/interior brands to list and fulfil products through the marketplace. Approval is discretionary and may require identity, business, contact, tax, payout and product information.
2. Listings
Vendors must provide accurate product names, descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, prices, lead times, stock information and custom-order conditions. Listings must not be misleading, counterfeit, unlawful or copied without permission.
3. Furniture quality and specifications
Vendors are responsible for supplying products that materially match the confirmed listing and order. Handmade and natural-material variation should be disclosed. Custom measurements, timber species, fabric, finish and installation requirements should be confirmed before production where relevant.
4. Order fulfilment
Vendors must respond promptly to confirmed orders, communicate realistic lead times, package goods appropriately, cooperate with Furnix UG delivery/installation arrangements and notify Furnix UG immediately where fulfilment is at risk.
5. Customer information
Customer contact, address, measurement or delivery information received through Furnix UG may be used only to fulfil or support the relevant order. Vendors must not misuse, resell or retain customer data beyond a lawful business need.
6. Payments, commission and payouts
Furnix UG may collect customer payments, deduct the marketplace commission or agreed fees, hold funds for reconciliation, refunds or disputes, and release vendor payouts after the relevant order and payment conditions are satisfied. The applicable commission and payout record are shown in the vendor/admin system.
7. Returns, disputes and remedies
Vendors must cooperate with legitimate inspection, repair, replacement, completion, refund or dispute-resolution processes where an item is defective, materially misdescribed, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.
8. Suspension and removal
Furnix UG may pause listings, block a vendor or terminate marketplace access for fraud, repeated fulfilment failure, unsafe products, data misuse, unlawful conduct, serious customer complaints or material breach. Historic order and payout records may be retained for accounting, audit and dispute purposes.
Use your order reference where relevant so support can locate the correct transaction.
