1. What Furnix UG provides
Furnix UG is a furniture marketplace and commerce platform. Some items may be sold directly by Furnix UG while others are fulfilled by approved independent vendors. The product and order record should identify the responsible seller or vendor where relevant.
2. Buyer protection principles
Furnix UG aims to give buyers clear product information, UGX pricing, an order record, trackable payment status, receipts for verified payments, delivery communication and a support route for disputes.
3. Product and vendor verification
Vendor approval and listing moderation reduce marketplace risk but do not mean every statement or product is guaranteed beyond the terms of the confirmed order and applicable law. Customers should review dimensions, materials, finishes, lead times and custom requirements before confirming expensive or made-to-order furniture.
4. Payment protection
Customers should pay only through payment methods or account details displayed or confirmed through authorised Furnix UG channels. Furnix UG cannot protect payments voluntarily sent to unrelated personal accounts, impersonators or instructions that contradict the official order/payment request.
5. Order records and evidence
Order confirmations, payment requests, receipts, delivery notes, product photographs, support messages and transaction references may be used to resolve disputes. Customers and vendors should keep accurate records and communicate material changes through Furnix UG where possible.
6. Dispute handling
If a buyer and vendor disagree about quality, specification, payment or delivery, Furnix UG may review the order, messages, payment evidence, photographs and fulfilment records and may facilitate repair, replacement, completion, refund or another reasonable resolution. This process does not remove rights to use another lawful dispute-resolution mechanism or a competent court.
7. Custom furniture
Buyer protection for custom work depends on the confirmed specification. Customers should approve key measurements, materials, finish, price, lead time and installation scope before production starts. A customer change after approval may affect price and delivery time.
Use your order reference where relevant so support can locate the correct transaction.
