1. Furnix UG security approach
Furnix UG uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for its marketplace, including password hashing, role-based administration, restricted sensitive settings, audit records and separation of hosted card entry from the Furnix UG database.
2. Protecting your account
Use a unique password, keep login details private and sign out on shared devices. Vendors and administrators should limit account access to authorised personnel. Contact Furnix UG promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.
3. Payment safety
Never share a mobile-money PIN, card CVV, one-time password or banking password with Furnix UG staff, vendors or delivery personnel. Approve mobile-money prompts only after checking the amount and merchant context. Card information should be entered only on the approved hosted gateway.
4. Fraud and impersonation
Furnix UG will publish authorised payment methods through the order/payment interface. Be cautious of calls or messages asking you to send money to unrelated personal accounts or to change payment details outside the official order flow.
5. Vulnerability reporting
If you discover a security weakness, report it privately through the Furnix UG contact channel with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not exploit the weakness, access other users' information, disrupt service or publicly disclose sensitive details before Furnix UG has a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Use your order reference where relevant so support can locate the correct transaction.
